ALERT: Remove Smut from Idaho Schools and Libraries

The Children's School and Library Protection Act would create statewide policy prohibiting schools and libraries from distributing pornographic materials to minor children.

The bill does not ban any books. Instead, it would simply require schools and libraries to take reasonable steps to restrict children's access to obscene materials as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court.

An investigation recently conducted by Idaho Family Policy Center found that public schools and/or public libraries in nearly thirty cities across the state are currently making pornographic books available to children.

Send a message asking your state representatives to support our Children’s School and Library Protection Act (HB 139). It only takes a minute of your time—so please act now!
