Nonprofit Services

Changing the world, one project at a time!

Project Management for Change (PM4Change) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping organizations like yours achieve increased impact.

Through participation in a Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS)® or PM4Change’s Continuous Value Delivery (CVD) program, your nonprofit can receive pro bono (free, professional) services from local project managers. We strive to pair each nonprofit organization with the right project managers to provide you with the guidance you need to increase your impact on the communities you serve.

Project Management Day of Service (PMDoS)

Project managers and nonprofits are brought together for a limited-duration event (typically one day) to address the nonprofits’ most critical project needs. Attending a PMDoS is free for nonprofits and has many advantages, including:

  • Receive help with building a concrete, practical plan to address your most pressing project

  • Expand your network of potential volunteers, supporters, and other nonprofits

  • Get access to tools and resources to support your nonprofit for years to come

  • Raise awareness about your nonprofit

Project Management for Change and our project manager volunteers are dedicated to helping your organization. Allow us to help you help the community you serve!

Continuous Value Delivery (CVD)

PM4Change created the Continuous Value Delivery (CVD) program  to connect consulting teams of project managers with nonprofits to provide pro bono (free, professional) project management assistance. The following services are provided:

  • Strategic advice to help you streamline your strategy and create a clear project roadmap.

  • The uso of tactical project management to make it easier to organize the gathering of all subject matter exports to coordinate the project's launch.
